At first was not impressed by sales force, but then was handed off to Barbara Robinson. She was great to work with - not the "normal" salesperson. "I ordered late May 2011 from overseas for a pick-up on..." I ordered late May 2011 from overseas for a pick-up on July 15, 2011. Everything was done on-line, I had a 2 PM appointment with Brenda (her day off).
