We had lost a vehicle due to the flooding in Newport News and needed a replacement we could afford as soon as possible. John showed me several vehicles, and let me test drive them. He gave me several options as to what was available and different price ranges. We worked on what monies I had available and came up with a great option that fit my needs. I walked away with a beautiful RAV4 that same night.
