"great commitment to customers" My wife and I just happened to see a Toyota Camry on the Internet at a great price, so we made an appointment to test drive it we knew that was our vehicle but what happened over the next several hours sealed the deal.MR JAMES RUSSO WAS AN AWESOME SALES MANAGER WHO WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND AN ALL AROUND GREAT GUY, that was the best car buying experience we have ever had
"Service review" Jeremy is always very professional and does a good job checking us in and out. The other service writers are nice, but we have dealt mostly with Jeremy. The RAV4 35,000 maintenance was done quickly. The shuttle driver is always friendly and helpful even though we have not used the shuttle in a long time. I can't remember her name.
"Perason Toyota Rocks!" Except for one Toyota, we have purchased all of our other Toyota's since 1987 (approximately 12) from Pearson Toyota. There dealership is the greatest. Pearson's Service Department is wonderful. When I take my vehicles in to have service we have full confidence (no worry) that every thing will be completed in a satisfactory manner. Chris Guimond and Chris Capps are the best!
"Always excellent service" Over 227,000 miles and counting on my 2008 Prius. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service. They are consistent in offering quality service.
"Bought fourth car from John" Just bought the fourth car through John and he has always been no pressure and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming in for my next vehicle.

"Best Car Buying Experience Ever" Our experience with Jim Russo and Pearson Toyota was hands-down the best car-buying experience we have had. No pressure, no stress, very knowledgeable and helpful. No one at the dealership tried to play the expected games and we were treated with the utmost respect. Walked away very happy with the price and the vehicle we wanted. I would highly recommend Pearson Toyota!
"New Car" Very professional, factual, and a no-pressure approach to sales. Good stock on site. This is the type of place I am willing to buy a car from.
"Urgent service review" Very difficult to get through to a service advisor! Once I got through, response was great and problem was accurately diagnosed and fixed. Even had trouble getting through to cashier's cage.
