"Except for the misplaced drivers licenses ......" We feel we got an excellent deal on our new car. Buzzy, our salesperson, was very personable and helpful. The Manager that helped us (darn, I have forgotten his name) was pleasant and through. They answered all of our questions and provided reasonably fast service.
"Thorough Work " Thorough Work!...but it takes some time. I was in from 7:30 till almost 1 pm...BUT...at least they fixed everything I asked them to fix in one appointment. The Service Department kept me up to date with the progress. Also, the lounge is a great place to wait if you have to stay at the dealership! The four-star rating is a result of them forgetting to wash the car after the maintenance was completed; which I had specifically requested. "Maintenance " Every time I come to come to get my car car worked on they are always professional and I have had Jeremy and Heather multiple times and I love working with these people. You can trust them and know they are not trying to charge you for extra things to get done to your car

I never feel pressured to buy, I get all of my questions answered and all the paperwork is taken care of seemingly effortlessly. "Great Service" Pearson Toyota is a great dealership to get a car. The people are so very nice and know their business. There is absolutely no pressure nor hassle here when car shopping/ buying. I highly reccommend everyone go to Pearson Toyota for all of your car buying experiences. On a scale of 1 -10, I give the pepole at this dealership a 15 out 10, absolutely.
