"Highlander check up." Always happy when I go to Pearson Toyota. Just drive up and someone comes out to meet you . Then I see Jeremy who I go to each time I visit. He gets everything updated and what needs to be done. He tells me how long it will take for my check up .Then I go to the waiting room which is very comfortable. "Very smooth purchase of a 2016 Tundra" We feel very at home with the staff at Pearson. Family feeling or at least part of a elite club where you are remembered each time you return
"Always clean and fair to all" They sent me a reminder that my service was due and when I called for my appointment I was given one right away when I wanted it. I took my vehicle in I was met and my vehicle was inspected for damage and was escorted to to the service writer. I the went to the waiting area and in a loted amount of time the service writer came and explained that my vehicle was in good shape and explained what services were preformed. My vehicle was waiting for me.
"Purchase 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee" Little bit of a shaky start. Their detailing team got water in the engine coils that cause the engine to have issues after leaving the lot. It took them over the weekend to get mechanics on the job, but they did fix the problem and happy with the vehicle.
"Excellent from beginning to end!" The whole experience with Pearson Toyota was excellent. This was a no hassle, pleasant deal with all involved. We received fair trade in value for our car and was given the "out the door" price of the new vehicle with no problem. There was no pressure at all in the buying and financing process. Very transparent with everything, which is not always the case.
"What an enjoyable experience!" We arrived "just looking" for a vehicle that we hoped to purchase after the first of the year. "Great First Sale" Leonte was very helpful and worked hard to get the deal made. I am a return Toyota custmomer (8 time over) because of the great value and quality toyota provides. Leonte, depiste being fairly new, knew enough about the vehicle and also showed he was honest, he didnt try to BS me, when he didnt know an answer to a very specific question i had he said "honestly, i dont Know" but he directed me to someone that did. The Managers and Fininace person also were excellent (cant remember the names).
