"Big Improvements" I shop around when buying a vehicle. I have never had any luck with the Newport News dealers. To my surprise my visit to Pesrson after a four year hiatus was one of a surprise and great change. I am no nonsense and want my salesman to know about the vehicle, at least more than I do. "Excellent service, as usual" I brought my RAV4 in for its 60,000 mile service. Easy drop-off, nice shuttle ride to work. Picked up later that afternoon. There was my car, cleaned and ready to go. Price was what I had been expecting so no surprises there. Always a pleasure dealing with Pearson. I will stop here first when I look for a new vehicle later this year.

"Fast and friendly" The job was completed fast (less than an hour) with friendly service. It was done before I knew it. The waiting area was great too.
"Mostly a good experience." Ran into an issue of having to leave the truck overnight. This should not have been a problem. But it was a bad day and some foreknowledge of when the vehicle would be ready would have helped. Other than that everything else was great! Especially appreciated the way the went the extra mile to help on a recall issue.
