"Service" Awesome service. Was having issues with our brakes and they got us right in to check out what was going on... Very happy with this service dept.
"Service with a smile..." The service advisor has always been careful to review what has been done during pervious visits to insure no duplication of effort... Always gives good estimated costs before the visit... Follows the required work closely to ensure correct type of oil, etc...
"Service department" From the moment I drove in I was treated politely and courteously. I was attended by Mr Garcias with the utmost of customer satisfaction. My car was serviced quickly and Mr Garcias kept me informed of work done and saw me out, ensuring all was well. Old fashion customer service! Thank you.

"no problems" I am retired and drive very little-----Pearson keeps me confident that my car is in prime condition......2009 Prius.........less than 29,000 mi.
"State Inspection plus 70,000 mile maintenance" Chris was at the top of his game as usual. He is definitely an asset to Butch and the gang. There is a Toyota dealership closer to my residence, but I drive a little further to be serviced at Pearson.
"2016 Camry" We had an awesome experience at Pearson Toyota. Our saleswoman Celeste Cooke was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. If there were any technical questions that she did not know the answer to, she was able to find the right resource person to answer them. We test drove two different Camry models and ended up purchasing the V6 model. We were able to get in and out while our 5 year old was at school. "Always have great service " I drive a lot for work so I'm literally at the dealership every other month to get my car serviced. I have worked with probably most if not all of the service people and have never had an issue. Definitely a great place to take my vehicle. They don't try to sell me services I don't need and prices are comparable with the rest of the area. Overall they do a wonderful job.
"Service" The service advisor takes the time to explain the service provided, the results of items inspected and answer questions...all in a professional matter. I have no reason to seek service elsewhere. Service has always been provided in a timely matter.
