"Routine Service" Everyone at the dealership was very nice and took care of the servicing of our Camry. Chris on the Gold team was a pleasure to do business with.
"Every one was friendly and capable. Service was quick." Appointment was made easily. The work to be done was quickly decided. We were notified as soon as the vehicle was ready. the cashier efficiently processed the payment.
"Satisfied Customeer" All of the employees at Pierson are very cordial, explain what is being done very clearly, and upon completion of service they inform the customer of what has been done and give what recommendations they feel the customer needs to know. In addition, there is a very comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks provided while the customer is waiting.
"Toyota 4Runner " What an experience! I had such an amazing buying and trading experience at Pearson Toyota by K. White and M. Duffy. The whole encounter was flawless and I was able to obtain my dream car without sacrificing anything!!! Recommend them to everyone!!
"Service Manager" Chris Guimond, service manager, looks after his customer. I have been working with Chris since my second visit to this Pearson's to have service on my car. I will work only with his team as he makes me feel part of the family.

"They catered to my every need. " The staff made me feel like I was dealing with family. They went out of their way to help me fine what I needed and did not pressure me with high pressure sale techniques. My sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. They guided me through the whole process and advise me on what steps I had to go through to sell my 2007 Toyota to my son. They really made this a pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
"They had exactly what we were looking for...a RAV4 Hybrid." The salesperson knew his product well. That was a new experience for us. The price was steep, but that figured, due to all the features, etc., and we can't think of anything that was lacking. Our only disappointment was that the passenger seat is not electric.
"Awesome customer service" The service on my daughters Toyota was basic. Oil change, tire rotation and inspection. We were treated as though it was a big money maker. Friendly people, great waiting area. All around comfortable experience. Thank you.
