"Oil and Filter change" I made first available early Appointment for my Tacoma's Oil and Filter change. They performed the services and had me in and out within an hour.
"awesome, class act!!!" As a service advisor myself there are things I look for in an advisor and my advisor Jose has them all. Very professional, class act and a benefit to your team!!!!
"They made us an offer we could not refuse! " We had made up our mind to just keep our old Toyota truck and just fix it up some more but .......... well we are happy with our decision to trade it in. Celeste Cooke was very good to deal with. No pressure. Got the truck we wanted in the color we wanted.
"Great" Had a wonderful experience buying my car from Pearson. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them. Both times the sales staff was fantastic. I have also had several service appointments over the years and they always are quick and pleasant.
"Outstanding Service" Received the vehicle I wanted with little or no pressure to buy. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience.
"Overall great experience." Overall I had a great experience with Pearson, however there was one issue with my car that I identified shortly after leaving (the fluids weren't topped off, I did however have a full tank of gas) but other than that one issue, my experience has been great 4/5 stars!
"Always end up paying more than expected!" No doubt that the service rep (Larry) was awesome and very professional. But it never fails that going for a regular service I end up paying almost triple of what I was told the required service would cost.
"First Time Visit - Very Impressed" I had a tight deadline (State Inspection about to expire) and a sick person at home, so I could not be away from home very long. I used the web to get a 7:30am appointment and confirmed it by phone. When I arrived the following morning, at 7:30 sharp the service door opened and the staff was ready to help customers.
