"maintenance work on my Sienna van" I live in Virginia Beach . On my way to your dealership I almost always find the tunnel traffic horrendous but inspite of that I prefer maintenance service in your dealership for the simple reason that your service is the best . Jeff Neise has always been very helpful in explaining what work needs to be done on my van. He is a very nice person and very knowledgeable person.Keep it up Jeff. I would'nt mind the tunnel traffic because of the service ....and because of you.
"Excelent Support by Ms Heather Edwarda" I have been a customer of Pearson Toyota since the purchase of my Toyota Camry in 2004. I have always had excellent service for the Camry, resulting in my purchase of a used car from person in 2015 for my Grandson. I especially commend the support services provided by Heather Edwards. Her caring attitude is a major reason for staying with Pearson.

"Exactly what I Expect!" I used to service my own vehicle so I appreciate the work that goes into keeping a car or truck maintained. Pearson Toyota makes service easy. Jeff Neise the service manager make a good contact for the customer because he explains and communicates well. I like it that he calls me, talks and leaves messages fully explaining the status of my car and lists all recommendations by the mechanics. The mechanics are first class. "New Car Purchase" We were in a long-term search for a new Highlander. The sales staff did a great job finding and securing the model and options we wanted.
"ALWAYS a good experience..." This dealership, after selling me a great vehicle, has always provided fantastic maintenance, repair, recall, and customer service...every time. My service manager couldn't be more professional and customer-oriented. I now live in another town but will travel here for my service needs and, eventually, to purchase a newer vehicle.
"Efficient and personable" Chris has been my adviser since he started there. He has been very helpful in advising me what I needed and would need in the future. When my car has been in for servicing, he has kept me posted as to how long it would take. I have a 2002 Camry with 65000 miles...and hope to keep for another 10 years.

"Excellent service and professional people" I came in for the 15,000 service checkup and received excellent service. Matt was able to answer all my questions and I took the shuttle to and from work. The people at this dealership were friendly and very professional.
