"Honest and reliable" I bought my Matrix at Pearson eleven years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. The advice and recommendations about my car are practical and I am not left feeling like I've been sold something unnecessarily.
"Professional, Courteous, Timely " Everyone involved was helpful and knowledgeable. Chris G and the whole gold team did a great job; from diagnostics to completing the job all in one day.
"Very good service ." The dealership is very efficient . Mr Jeff Neise , the service manager , is very helpful and accomodating . I had no problem so far with this dealership .
"Warranty work" I received a recall notice for my 2005 Tacoma. The dealership, and Chris Guimond were helpful in getting the repairs completed quickly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
"Thank you for what you do." The sales team, management, and service team have always responded to my needs in a timely manner, I have gladly recommended Pearson to others looking to buy a car.
"Awesome car repair service!!!" Chris Guimond was the best service advisor during my recent car repair!!! He conveyed both concern and expertise as he discussed my situation. He was able to get my engine fixed with the least possible expense. I appreciate that Toyota prioritizes customer experience this way. Thank you!
"Schedule Service Visit (105K)" Brought my 2005 Avalon Limited in for its 105K service. I was promptly met by one of the attendants who directed me to my long-time service advisor, Heather. Because of the time of day (mid-afternoon) and the time required to perform the service I decided to leave the car overnight. At around 6pm, Heather called to let me know that the car was ready and could be picked up at any time, which I decided to do the next day. In addition to the service, I was provided a free basic car wash.
"2003 Toyota Sequioa" Courtesy at Best! Service done as requested. Recommendations were right on. Facility clean and friendly environment. My vehicle was ready on time. Jeff Neise the service advisor was very courteous & apologetic for slight delay.
"Superb!" This was our first buying experience at Pearson Toyota and we were not disappointed. All of the staff, including management was very welcoming and made the buying experience a pleasant one.
