"Toyota Corolla " The sales process went smoothly. Greg was very helpful without being pushy and let the vehicle sell itself. The negotiation process was simple and straightforward and Marty was easy to work with. Greg ensured that the vehicle was delivered quickly and important aspects were explained. He even went so far as to program our phone into the Bluetooth.
"Car purchase" Great car buying experience no high pressures sales tatics. The salesman Greg I dealt with was outstanding. Sales manager was great also. Was done with paperwork in 15 minutes.
"State Inspection-Oil and Filter Change-Gasket Replacement " We dropped off our 2011 Toyota Highlander for its Annual VA State Inspection. We also had the Filter and Oil changed since it was withing a few hundred miles of needing it completed. I had them check the Rear Hatchback Window Gasket because it was loose. It ended up needing to be replaced so the Gasket has been ordered and will be installed in a day or two My Service Tech, Heather did another amazing job of getting everything taken care of in a few hours.
"Repaired fender and prepped for our trip." Jeff had our fender clip fixed and, since I mentioned we were going on a trip, he had our fluids and tires checked. Everything was done so quickly too. Excellent service.
"Perfect!" This is my 2nd new car from Pearson Toyota and I have been very happy with both my purchases. Everyone is very nice and and helpful and the purchase experience was easygoing and without any problems. Mr. John Spain was a great salesperson!
"great friendly service" always have a great experience bringing my 2009 Tacoma in for service. from the Service writer all the way to the cashier, it is a pleasant experience.
"As usual, very good" Service recommended is always what is required, not always what is on paper. Always a good experience. Waiting time is what is promised. Clean comfortable waiting area with snacks.

We were overseas when we started the buying process and once we arrived, she had everything already done for us! We truly can't thank her enough for all she did with helping us out.
