"Courtesy/Professionalism" The courtesy and extra step that my service rep, Chris Guimond, extended me is especially noteworthy. I know business with dealerships when your vehicle needs servicing can often bring anxiety and the thought of " here goes my $$$$$!" This wasn't the case with Pearson today. Mr. Guimond took the extra time to research my warranty coverage to see if it applied to my truck's problem. He did this on his own and advised me of my coverage.
