"Courtesy/Professionalism" The courtesy and extra step that my service rep, Chris Guimond, extended me is especially noteworthy. I know business with dealerships when your vehicle needs servicing can often bring anxiety and the thought of " here goes my $$$$$!" This wasn't the case with Pearson today. Mr. Guimond took the extra time to research my warranty coverage to see if it applied to my truck's problem. He did this on his own and advised me of my coverage. "Excellent service and courtesy" I have been using Pearson Toyota for 4 years and I always had impeccable service. Their advise on specific interventions on the vehicle or replacements (like tires) is always based an objective assessment. They never push to sell you what you do not need and they always do what they promise.
