"Terrific Service" Pearson did a terrific job servicing my car in a very reasonable amount of time, almost to the minute of when they promised to accomplish the work.
"It took James a very long time to get my paym. to my budget." In general I though we had worked out a lot of issues "overnight" on line-- what I needed the dealership to do to put me behind the wheel of the Civic. I have a bad problem about the driver's side seat belt. Almost impossible for me to do up, & that was without any coat on at all when we first tried the test drive. "Great experiences with sales and service" We have been treated right in every encounter. It's about half an hour to get there from home, but they do everything they can to make up for it.
"People" The staff are professional, helpful and courtesy. The online service appointment system is fast and easy to navigate. Toyota makes a great product and Pearson Toyota makes it easy to take care of it!

"Awesome Buying experience!" I had an awesome buying experience with Pearson Toyota. James Davidson is probably the best salesperson around. Everyone is treated as a family member. All your concerns are always addressed in a very prompt manner. If one is interested in purchasing a Toyota, do not look beyond Pearson Toyota. Always buy from James. You cannot go wrong. Pearson is definitely a 5 Star Dealership.
"Enjoyed working with John Spain - as always." My 2016 4 Runner purchase was very quick and easy. John Spain was delightful and very knowledgeable. Cannot wait to spend more time with my new vehicle. Because of the snow I have been housebound. I am still driving my 2004 Solara convertible which i also bought from John.
"Slow but steady" It took a long time to get to an acceptable (to me) price on the Avalon, but after several iteration of going back and forth with the salesman caught in the middle of the negations we finally came to an agreeable price. We had not purchased a new car in over 10 years, so there is a lot of new technology that we are going to have learn how to use. But I must say that a lot of the new technology has to do with making the automobile a much safer vehicle.
"Wait Time" Although I've had good treatment and support, I have been kept waiting so long for service multiple times such as oil change or state inspection. These should not take two hours plus. I make an appointment, but it seems they over-book and cannot get to my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time although I am checked in right away.
