"40,000 mile service and state inspection" I appreciate keeping my car in good working order. I am unable to do this myself. I know it will keep my car running well and me safe.

"great service....every time!" i purchased my 2000 4runner at pearson from john spain in january of 2001. best purchase i have ever made-240k miles. i send people to john all the time. the service department is a great part of the dealership being so successful. anyone can sell the cars...there are toyota dealerships all around, but i choose to drive from williamsburg because the people make the difference. give pearson a chance, and when you get there, ask for john spain.
"Amazing experience." I was shopping for cars and I had gone to multiple dealerships and I happened to just go by Pearson Toyota just to see if they had any used Scion Tc's in my price range and I was instantly greeted by Megan who was very friendly from the start. "My new Camry" Fast, courteous, took me straight to the car I asked for. The price and financing can't be beat. Kristin White seemed both fresh at the job and knew her cars well. One of the better car buying experiences I have had. The Pearson dealership at Newport News is now my first choice for shopping for a new car.

"No Appointment but quick service" I was on my way Wed morning when my 2014 Highlander wouldn't start so I took my husband's car so I could keep my appointment. When I got home my husband jumped it for me and we drove right to the service department to have it checked out. We had plans so we left it which we didn't mind but it was ready in a few hours. Found out it was the battery which had a faulty cell. Luckily it was still under warranty so we got a new 84 month battery free of charge.
"Recall Service Visit" I had to make an appointment for a recall for my Toyota Sienna and I was able to get my visit set for the next day and at a time that fit my schedule. I was very pleased that when I came in I was greeted promptly and explained what would be done to my van and given an approximate wait time. I went to the parts department as I needed a back windshield wiper and Tony was able to order one for me. "Professional and courteous service." Extensive recall service (truck needed overnight) was needed and was going to hinder my ability to get to multiple appts, so Mr. Wolfe provided me a rental car for the next 24 hrs. Very appreciative. Quality service provided by the technicians.
