"Purchase of a new vehicle" Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. I truly appreciated the support with financing and closing the deal. The salesperson, Mr. Davidson was supportive and spent a lot of time trying to meets our needs of a specific monthly payment.
"Rick in service was great!!" I was very pleased with Rick from Service. He was awesome. I have no complaints with the Service department. However, I brought my own parts that I bought on line. I needed hauraulic lifts for my trunk and paid $39.95 for them. The parts department quoted me....get ready for this....$344.00. That is absolutely ridiculous.
"New Tire" I arrived without an appointment recently due to my low tire pressure light being on. The service department found the problem quickly and had me back at work with very little time loss.
"Excellent experience" Just purchased 2016 Corolla. We had a very good buying experience with Buzz Davidson, although it took much longer than we had hoped. Buzz was knowledgeable and very personable and put no pressure on us to buy. One reason for buying at Pearson was that we have found the service department to be very good. They have taken good care of our Sienna we bought four years ago.
"Better quailty " This was my first Toyota purchase unfortunately, i wish better inspection was conducted prior to my picking up my vehicle upon delivery. My interior headliner is noticeably sagging around sunroof.
"Great service!" We have been going to Person Toyota for service since buying our Sienna minivan there almost 15 years ago. Most recently I had to take our van in for a transmission fluid leak. It wasn't obvious where the leak was, so instead of just declaring that a gasket needed to be repalced they used dye to find the leak and recommend a course of action. "Great car buying experience" This was the best car buying experience I ever had...quick! Buzz is a kind and compassionate person. He did not pressure me and allowed me to make a decision in a pressure free environment.
