"Purchase Experience" It was a pleasure working with Jonathan Henderson (Toyota Kid). He is a professional and was well-informed on the products available. He is customer-oriented and was most helpful during my purchase process. He makes himself available to answer questions for potential buyers and more importantly he is available after the sale. "2009 Toyota Prius Service" I bring my 2009 Prius for the recommended maintenance and when it has a problem. I always have a good experience with everything from scheduling my appointment all the way through to the completion of the service. This time, my Prius was in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) but ended up requiring an expensive repair. "Great Experience" My salesperson, Walter, was well-informed, friendly, and helpful without being high-pressure. He everything possible to ensure that I obtained the vehicle I wanted. Bryan, the sales manager was also very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The deal offered was reasonable, making the negotiation process quick and simple.
"Service of my 2001 Toyota Corolla" I have always had a great experience with Pearson Toyota - even when it was Denbigh Toyota. I'm driving a 2001 Toyota Corolla and Jeremy keeps it in excellent shape. I'm not always pleased with the high cost of labor but I've learned that you get what you pay for.

"Purchase and Service of 2015 4Runner" Purchased a 2015 4Runner Limited from Pearson after shopping all the other Hampton Roads Toyota Dealerships this past March. Jim Russo, Internet Manager, quoted us the best price over the phone that none of the other dealerships would match. We have had the 4runner in for the first 5,000 mile service this August and the Service Department was also great to deal with. I would highly recommend contacting Jim Russo at Pearson before you purchase a Toyota elsewhere.
"Airbag recall installation" Time estimate to install was accurate and they completed the work within the time estimate. Having a Saturday appointment was important and I work a full-time job during the week.
