"Customer Service review" Came to Pearson Toyota for the 120,000 mile service. I left my car at the dealership the night before for a 10:00am appointment the next day. The day of my appointment we were called at 8:30a from Toyota just to get a clearer understanding of the work we wanted done to the vehicle. Great customer service that day and every time I take my car in for service.
"Thank You" Outstanding service department. Entire team customer focus and mission oriented. Wonderful waiting area with complimentary refreshments. Many thanks to the entire team. Will be back
"4 runner making strange noise while driving" I brought in my 4 runner because of a noise while driving. later that day the car was ready. when I picked up the car and driving home I noticed a shimmer while braking and called Chris on the gold team. he apologized and promised to have it fixed. I have an appointment to bring it in Tuesday and have no concerns the issue will be corrected.
"Excellent Service" The team did a great job of completing the work I asked for and finding problems that were developing with my aging car. Chris showed me a picture of a problem and found the best way to go about fixing it, at a reasonable cost. Chris G. was considerate of my time and was helpful with transportation while my car was being repaired.
"Quick and Easy" I bought a new car from Pearsons over the phone/internet, negotiated/traded my existing car to them (site unseen by dealer), and upon arrival at dealership, was in and out with my new car in forty minutes.
"Service Department" I have had my Tundra serviced at Pearson for the last 4 1/2 years and continually get great service and personal attention from my Service Advisor, Chris Guimond and the Gold Team. Highly recommended.
"very good" The service was good . How ever almost ever dealer will give you a couestey car wash when your car is serviced Why do you choose not to provide that to your customers
"Cars and Vehicle Mainteneance" I have bought two new Toyotas from you and have had both maintained by your team....no major issues....thanks for your patience with customer service questions and dedication to quick, but thorough repair
