"Best place for my 4 Runner service." Personal service, comfortable waiting area. Work well with customer to work needed service around budget. I always feel the service received is honest and appropriate to the recommended time for service. I have recommended Chris G and his team to friends.

"Found just what we were looking for" Excellent customer service. We came in late in the day after several frustrating visits to other dealers looking for a pre-owned vehicle. The team stayed late and worked with us. We drove home with just the right vehicle. Hank, James, and the general sales manager, Marty were fabulous to work with. Thank you for the great service.

"Excellent " Excellent service. I would recommend my family and friends to go there. The technicians are very knowledgeable of the vehicle. They knew exactly what I needed. I don't feel like I was over charged for the work. Chris was very friendly and honest. Honesty is very important to me.

"Change sensor to fix check engine light" Chris G. scheduled the repair to suit my schedule and was very courteous with checking me in and advising me on the progress of the repair. "service for safety recall notice" used Pearson Toyota for service for the first time on my Toyota due to a recall notice in the mail. The service department is setup great. Pull in and you are met by very professional and friendly staff. I waited for the service to be done and the accomodations were terrific. This dealership seems to be run very professionaly and by some very nice people. Thanks.

"Car Service." My car went in for a State Inspection and tire rotation. Everything went as planned, 1 hour from start to finish. Very nice people in all departments. Work done correctly and wheel nut were even torqued to specs.

"Excellent customer service" We have bought several cars here and referred other clients as well! The staff is always friendly and helpful and makes your customer experience great! We always deal with John Spain who is the best and a pleasure to deal with! This particular visit we came in for a 15,000 maintenance service on our 4 runner and ended up buying a 2016 4 runner! John Spain is definitely a great salesperson!!
