"Service" The entire service from requesting an appointment online to the service was five star. The Assistant Service Manager - Chris Guimond was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.
"Very comfortable and relaxing experance. No pressure." I have been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years. They have been trustworthy and reliable through out all my dealings with them. They are people of their word and stand behind their product. James Davidson is a fine example how smooth the process of buying a car should be. He puts everything on the table for the customer to review. He lets the customer make up their mind and there isn't any surprises in the end.
"Buying a car" Greg Sewell takes customer service to a new level. He is very knowledgable and is great to work with. He truly is there to help you understand the vehicle and never pushes you into buying. He goes out of his way to assist you with anything you need and had a smile on his face everyday that I was at the dealership. In fact the entire team there is great. This for a person who hates to shop for most everything.
"EXCELLENT TO THE HIGHEST" Jaymes Davidson was the best. He sold we the car that I was looking for, the color inside and out. Jaymes Davidson was talking with my son before I came to see the Toyota Camry and test drive it. I fell in love with car before I even tested drive it.
"Toyota: Best Place to Purchase a Car" This dealership is the perfect place to purchase a car. The Toyota staff is so helpful and friendly and their facilities are clean and neat.
"Good Service" I purchased from Pearson, and have take my car there for almost every recommended service. They are always friendly, fair, always keep me informed. When I had an unexpected repair needed, they worked me in and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. There is another dealer much closer to where I live, and I am quite happy to drive the distance to Pearson because the service has been so good.
"Service" Efficient and helpful service department. Booking a service is easy and they provide flexibility with regard to timing and transport. Would recommend this dealership for servicing.
"Heather was professional and very courteous" Although I purchased my Lexus RX330 at Charles Barker Lexus eleven years ago, I find the service, price, and professionalism more satisfying at Pearson Toyota.
