"Leasing new Prius C" This dealership was able to track down the specific make/model that I asked for without trying to sell me a vehicle already on the lot - very much appreciated.
"Great Customer Service." A loyal Toyota and Pearson customer for years - don't waste time looking elsewhere. Customer service is A + at this location. I appreciate the time and attention Jeff provided in explaining the service on my vehicle.
"Good Experience" Excellent sales experience. Fair price was provided upfront along with all taxes and fees. Car was picked up, delivered and detailed in one-day. Excellent warranty discussion.
"Car buying as it should be!" Pearson Toyota, with Greg Sewell as the salesman, made buying my new car rewarding. He took the time to listen to what we wanted...and when they didn't have it on their lot...he found it nearby. That is when management stepped up and got it to their lot. The price was very reasonable. My next car will be from Pearson Toyota!
"Buying a new truck" Jason was a great salesman--he made sure I was happy with every aspect of buying my new truck. Everybody that I worked with went out of their way to make sure that I was happy.
"Buying new car" I had been to about 5 other dealerships (and this one once) but was turned off due to somewhat pushy salesman and feeling like I was being taken advantage of. The thing I liked most about my experience was that on the second time, Gregory came out to ask if we had any questions. I never felt hassled or pressured, and made it clear I was only looking. "Routine oil change" Overall good experience. My service advisor was pleasant and patient and explained future maintenance in a non pressure way. She was also accommodating when I needed to make another appointment.
"Wonderful times" Just walking in the building, there was an amazing atmosphere that was filled with people willing to help you out within a matter of seconds! Very willing, very helpful and always willing to answer any questions!
