"No hassle " I brought my van in for a simple alignment and I was not pressured to have any other service done. Matt was friendly and efficient, I was out within an hour!

"Rav4 Purchase and service department" This was our second new car purchase at Pearson and it has been nothing but top notch from our two sales people, Celeste and Ben to management, Marty! We always get treated with the utmost respect and they make the car buying experience the best, to include the delicious complimentary can of mixed nuts after the sell! "Purchase of a new vehicle at Pearson Toyota" Met with Greg Sewell, to look at a new Toyota 4 Runner. Greg was very friendly , not pushy, and was knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle I was interested in. The whole process was smooth , and professional, and while they did not have the exact vehicle on the lot they quickly located one and it was on the lot in a couple of days. We ended up purchasing the 4 Runner and the customer service has so far been excellent.
