"Fast, efficient service" I recently had my 10,000 mile checkup on my 2017 Toyota Camry. The service department was waiting for me and efficiently completed my service.
"Oil change" Had a great visit. Real quick I had no issues with the departmet. The waiting area was clean and well maintained. I was trusted very well all the way to leaving.
"Buying a Prius from Pearson Toyota." My first visit to Pearson Toyota on Friday October 20 was a pleasant experience. I was greeted by Samuel Salter who was very informed about the vehicle I was interested in: a light colored fully equipped Toyota Prius. He showed me several and I settled on a white ("Blizzard Pearl") 2017 Prius Four. I asked many questions and he answered them. He appears to be an expert on the Prius. "Leasing information" My purpose of visiting Pearson Toyota was to get information about leasing a Highlander Limited. Lamar Mouling was the salesperson, with whom I asked my questions, which he was able to answer and make me feel comfortable with what I was considering to do. He was very helpful in explaining the Highlander and how the different "apps" work.
"Excellent Help in Replacing Our 2008 4Runner" Our 2008 Toyota 4Runner was totaled in an accident and we absolutely had to replace it quickly. The folks at Pearson Toyota could not have been more helpful. Within 10 days they found the exact 4Runner we wanted and had it ready to go. "Bought a new used car." I bought a new used car. I wasn't planning on buying a car but my current car was high mileage and was needing some costly maintenance. Lamar helped me go through the numbers to include trade in and sticker cost and we came up with something I could accept. The car I bought had approximately 200,000 miles less wear and tear at an affordable price.
"Professional Quality Service" Great service experience - every time. Always get prompt, professional service and enjoy waiting on-site in their customer waiting area which even has free wifi access.
"Wonderful!!" My overall experience at Pearson Toyota was amazing! They were extremely helpful and made sure to give me the best deal. My dealer JJ Davidson was awesome and assisted me in picking out the best vehicle. I was so nervous coming to the dealership because I was afraid I wouldn't get a good deal. But I left with a brand new car, low interest rate, and extended warranties for up to ten years!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car!
"Fantastic experience!" The easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Alyx Carneal made it simple and had almost everything done before even stepping foot in the dealership.
