"Great new car buying experience " The team at Pearson are great to work with. All the staff (Allen, Greg, Shannon, and Walter) we worked with were the best we’ve encountered. Discussions were straightforward and they continued to work to ensure our satisfaction. This is the second car we’ve bought from Pearson. And we’ll continue to buy from them in the future.
"Worked with me to prioritize repairs" Turned out I needed $3,000 worth of repairs and replacements. This was far out of my budget. Service quickly informed me which repairs were vital, which could wait, and for how long. This has enabled me to adjust my budget and plan for the work over time. Very grateful!

"We Loved It- Go Celeste! " We had THE best experience. Celeste was outstanding--she helped us weigh options by giving us realistic and level headed advice while also watching our two small kids so we could focus on making our decision. We left with our new RAV4! Everyone was wonderful but Celeste really made the sale for us, Thank you!

"Poor At Selling Down" I started out looking at upgraded trucks, settled on a basic one, Was not told, until the delivery review, of the many differences in cheaper model.
"Great Service Again" In 2012 I walked on the lot of Pearson just looking for a possible Corolla for my wife. Jaymes came out to check on me, ended up selling me a Camry on the spot. My experience with Pearson since that moment has all been top-notch. The service department is excellent and I have purchased two other cars through Jaymes, the most recent being a 2017 Forerunner. He worked the deal fast and got it within my budget.
