"Acceptable" The building interior could use some cleaning and painting, paint was peeling in places. Aside from the finance department, I did not feel rushed or pressured. The removal and cleaning of all the bits of tape and glue could have been better, especially around where the top of the windows meet the door frame.
"Friendly & ease, compare pricing" Our sales person was Celeste. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy. She answered our questions and made sure the cars were ready for test drive. After the paperwork was done she took her time to explain the new car to us. We were very pleased with her and can highly recommend her. The business manager who took care of the paperwork was also pleasant to work with, no pressure at all. "Great repeat experience with Pearson!" I've been coming to Pearson for years for service on my Toyota Highlander. Always great customer service & my car is very well taken care. The staff is by far the best of any car dealership I've ever been to In the area. I won't go anywhere else for service!
"Professional And Friendly" We brought our car in for its 15,000 mile checkup. it,s so easy because you can make an appointment. so, you can do it when it fits your schedule. They are always friendly and helpful.
"Just what I wanted and needed" I got an oil change in a timely manner, along with a list of recommended maintenance options, each priced, for my reference. No pressure or hard sell on these items. All this is making me consider whether I want to invest this money in my older used vehicle or perhaps trade it in there at the end of the year for a new model. I am pleased, as always, with the professional service I receive her.
"Allen was awesome " Allen helped us out with a great car and manager Marty made us a great deal My wife is throughly excited about her new RAV4 she got twenty years out of her last one!
"friendly and courteous " My car had to be towed in, and was received quickly and efficiently. They repair was diagnosed and repair scheduled,there seemed to be a long time for a part to arrive. The initial repair was completed and they recommend that the battery be replaced battery, they replaced the battery but didn't reset clock or maintain memory during the exchange. "Camry service" We had my 02 Camry serviced at Pearson. Excellent service. Knowledgeable service techs. We have had everything pertaining to my Camry done at Pearson since purchasing it and will continue to do so until we buy a replacement.
"My 2017 Toyota Highlander purchase experience" Really felt welcome to Pearson Toyota as soon as my wife and I walked into the showroom being greeted by one of the sales managers and one of his sales associates Kristin White.
