"Awesome service" Each time I visit this dealership or call, they have provided nothing but excellent customer service. I am much closer to another big named Toyota Dealership but will drive out of my way to choose Pearson each time.
"Outstanding team that takes care of the customer." Outstanding service door-to-door. From the sales team, to the business transaction team to the maintenance team service to the customer is always at the forefront.
"New car purchase" This is my second new car purchase in the last two years from Pearson. Great staff very helpful . I have another Toyota Dealership I pass to get to Pearson and I will always choose Pearson
"Great experience" I have owned four Toyotas the first in 1996. Leased and owned.......I have found the sales associates and service associates knowledgeable and helpful. When it came time to replace my 18 year old Camry (which was still running with no problem) I didn't even consider another make auto.
"Excellent Customer Service!" Johnathan was my sales rep and now I see why they call him TK ( Toyota kid ). He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time on his day off to help answer questions and make the deal happen. Highly recommend Pearson. Good job guys!
"Loaner for the weekend" When the service of my Prius unexpectedly required extensive work, I was quickly given a complimentary loaner vehicle until the work was completed. Very happy.
"Easy and free mantanance on my new Prius" Quick and easy to get my free Totota 5000 miles maintnace and tire rotation. They arranged for an appointment the day I called and they knocked it out in about 45 minutes.
"5 star service" I had a great experience at Pearson Toyota with my recent lease. Kristin White was my sales agent, she was very professional, friendly and worked to get me exactly what I wanted. I will strongly recommend family and friends to Kristin.
"It Was Easy " I was using a corporate buying service (Wheels) program and Jaymes made the process easy. Once I was directed to the person who handles the program purchases, it was easy. Low pressure, low hassle, and everything went smoothly.
