"Fast and courteous!" Friendly and professional! That's the two words to describe Pearson Toyota. I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The service they give goes beyond the standard. They work to take care of your car as if it was their own car. I care about them because they care about me.
"Very nice experience" We didn't visit with the intent of purchasing a vehicle on that day. Sales staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (unfortunately unlike a number of local dealers). Listened to us, asked questions and made very sound suggestions. We drove off in a new (to us) Highlander. Definitely recommend this dealership

"Great transparent information from Kristin White and Perason" I wanted to shop mainly online because of time restrictions etc., plus I knew pretty much what I wanted. "Buying A New Prius" Celeste Cooke greeted us at the door and asked a few questions before showing only the models that we were interested in. She provided excellent information from our questions. The model and color we wanted were not available and she worked with management to find a suitable model. After it arrived, she spent about an hour coaching us about the items on the dash board.
"Outstanding service from the Pearson team as usual!" The service team is extremely professional in the way they take care of Pearson customers. I will definitely continue to use Pearson to service my 2011 Tundra.

"purchased a 2017 Camry XLE " Purchased a new vehicle and was treated with respect and dealt with fairly with everyone I dealt with. John Spain was excellent to work with and very helpful. Marty Teasdale gave me a fair price for my trade-in and we quickly agreed to a price.
"Outstanding customer service" I had a outstanding interaction with the sales person name Gregg, he was honest and upfront and pleasant to talk to. He help me find the vehicle I purchased at the dollar limit I was allowed by the credit union and at a lower percentage.
