"Easy to do business with" I chose to travel 50 miles to your dealership because you had the color car I wanted. Dealers near me were not willing to get it. My experience was easy and the staff was helpful and was able to give me the deal I wanted.
"Flat tire on Prius with less than 700 miles" My new 2017 Prius Four has no spare tire, only a can of goo and an air compressor. The left rear tire got a nail in it. I called Toyota Road Service and within 15 minutes aid arrived. We went to Person Toyota where the tire was pronounced unsafe for normal use because the nail was near the edge of the tread. The nail hole might be plugged and used as a spare if I bought a rim, but it would be safe only to hobble to a repair facility. A new tire was put on the rim and mounted onto... read more
"Work done quickly and completely" As I sat in the comfortable waiting room, the work I requested on my Camry was completed in a timely and professional manner. Stephanie listened to my concerns when I arrived, and followed through on all items, delivering the car, clean, ready to go and earlier than I expected. Also the bill was just under her cost estimate....
"Pearson to My Rescue! Customer Tom Stroup is very happy!" My wife's Sienna van had a hub cap come off and lose pressure in the tire. I brought it in to Pearson who checked out the tires, gauges, replaced the hubcap, did a quick overall multipoint inspection to find all well. They gave me same day appointment and took care of this promptly. And my charge for their time and service? $0. Amazing. "Toyota Trade In was our best purchase" My wife brought her 2015 Toyota Highlander LE in for routine service and we ended up trading it in for a new 2017 Toyota Highlander LE Plus. It had the features that she wanted and Amir Wallace made the whole event clean and easy.
"Larry Cardwell is an outstanding worker at Pearsons dealersh" I trust Larry Cardwell completely with my cars. "New car purchase" A most pleasant and knowledgeable salesman. He was very flexible in our search for a replacement vehicle and offered helpful suggestions. He was great to work with and has been the salesman on our last three vehicles.
"Met the requirements for service. " A 3 star rating for average service. My car needed a 30,000 mileage service which included the basic oil, fluid top off, and inspection. There was an inspection for free on the service page so it was interesting that i paid labor for that charge. My car (new in 2015 with only 30,000 miles on it ) needed tires which was quite aggravating and the dealership offered no price deal on the tires but noted recommending $1,200 to replace all of them which is extremely high if you are familiar wit... read more
