"Rons the man." Great at going above and beyond making the deal. Very very understanding especially from someone who went thru a divorce. They pulled out all the tricks in the book to give me the best deal possible. Put it this way my last 2 vehicles i purchased with a 0% APR. PEARSON'S came dang close to that on a used truck purcahse. The only complaint i have is one of the key remotes doesnt work and i have to come out of pocket to fix it and thats after the 2nd day of ownership.
"Very patient!" Giving I was having problems with credit, he was very patient and relaxed the whole time. He did everything he could to make the deal, and still was very social and welcoming about it. Didn’t seem to feel stressed through the whole deal.
"Ron is so easy going!" I met Ron and instantly knew he was laid back. He allowed me to test drive and ask 1000 questions and had an answer for every single one. I will definitely rwfer friends and family to Pearson and to Ron.
"Superior Experience" Ron was very resourceful, friendly, and no-haggle. It was refreshing to step into a relaxed, no-pressure environment. After multiple quotes from Toyota dealerships in the Hampton Roads area, I received the best price leasing a 2018 Toyota Tacoma here. I dealt with Ron specifically and I would highly recommend him.
"“ Exceeds Expectations!”" This dealership was top notch! Ron went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was surprisingly great Ron was very patient due to a small bump in the road on my part. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Ron to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
"Great service as always!" The service I receive at Person Toyota is always top notch. The ONLY thing I can really say that could use improvement is that I wanted to add a car wash and detail to my appointment, but for any day that I picked, there was no one available. "Great info, no pressure = happiness" Ron was very helpful in viewing, test driving and pricing options that were not on the lot the day I came to visit. Ron was very informed, energetic about the products and services Pearson offers.
"EXCELLENT customer service" Greg Sewell was absolutely wonderful with his help! He helped me view vehicles and was not pushy at all. In fact, when I decided to go with a different "Make" at a different dealership, he was still supportive! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!
"Pearson is great!" We have been with Pearson Toyota from their start in Newport News. The service department is absolutely the best! Pearson Toyota always make you feel as if you are their only customer and that, when you leave, all of your needs have been met to your satisfaction.
