"Warranty work!" My 2018 Toyota RAV4 had plastic deformed on the top of the third brake light molding. They ordered the parts. I made an appointment and that same day my ride was ready to go! The Gold Team has always taken care of my service issues!

"Superior Customer Service..." Overall my experience with Pearson Toyota was GOOD. The Sales Consultant, Anthony Ray provided superior service. He worked very hard to earn our business. He answered all of our questions very truthfully and professionally. It was indeed a pleasure working with him. I was somewhat concerned about the manner in which the Business Office handled my "deposit" but that was cleared up and of no fault of Mr. Ray's. "We love our new car!" My husband and I came to buy a new car, we had our 2 year old with us. We were dreading this visit. It took all day because of choosing the right car, dealing with trade in details, etc. Carlanda, Shannon, Jackie and finance manager, John, made this experience seem way less stressful than it actually was. "Amazing!!" Everyone was awesome, the overall professionalism of the entire staff was amazing.
