"OIL AND FILTER CHANGE FOR OUR 2013 TOYOTA TACOMA DOUBLE CAB" We dropped off our 2013 Toyota Tacoma for a Oil and Filter change. the evening before the service time which was around 11:00AM. Our Service Manager, Marcus Weatherlow, called us around 9:00 AM to let us know the Tacoma was ready for pick!! More than 2-Hours before it was even scheduled for service. Marcus is great and always makes sure we know the status of our Vehicle Service. We will be there next week to have our Highlander serviced. Thanks! Al
"Quick Service" Chris Capps got me in and out with minimal time during my service stop. Thanks for the quick service for the oil change and tire rotation for my 17' Tacoma.
"New 4 Runner (2018) puchase" Ron Tomaino in new car sales was easy to work with. He spent a lot of time to engage and explain all the features of the vehicle as it became late in the day, He scores a 10 on a 10 point scale!!
"Excellent and Timely Service" This was my 2nd service appointment at Pearson Toyota and both of them were done extremely well and extremely timely. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. To me that is amazing. My service representative was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I definitely would recommend them.
"Above and beyond customer service" I recently purchased a used 2016 Tundra from Pearson and the buying experience was excellent. Ron, Greg, and the other staff helped me land an excellent deal, but the where Pearson went above and beyond was when I called them about an issue I was having with the truck. I let them know that the previous owner must have driven with his dogs on a very regular basis, and due to this, the truck had a very strong unpleasant odour when left sitting in the sun. "Friendly place. Highly recommended." Every employee was polite and helpful, you feel right at home. My sales person (Steve Norwood) took all time needed to explain anything I asked and did not rush or push. I have recommended Pearson to others and told them to look for Steve.
"Amazing staff who worked hard to get me in a brand new car!" My dealer was Lamar Mouling and he is amazing! Since the first time I walked through the door he was there helping me to find my 2018 RAV4! He was honest, hard working, and friendly. He is great and I totally recommend everyone to go to him!

He was able to get me a great deal and he worked hard to get me EXACTLY what I wanted and more. ALL the people we encountered there were great!!! Very pleased!!
