"Mission Impossible Accomplished" My thanks to Marcus Weatherlow and the maintenance team for fixing a tough electronic problem in my 2016 Camry. Their persistence fixed the mystery "no lights" for cabin lights problem that made driving at night dangerous. "Quick fast and friendly" They replaced our tire with warranty without any hassle replacement was fast and service rep was very friendly and extremely helpful to us. Will definitely be back.

"New battery installed" I had a new battery installed in my Tundra. The old battery finally died after 7 years, 1 month! It was a Toyota battery with a 7 year warranty. I have always trusted Pearson Toyota with all my maintenance of both vehicles. The entire staff is always very customer friendly and helpful regarding what service should be done. .
"efficient and quality work" Greeted promptly at arrival, work done at proper time . Gold team courteous and knowledgeable. Comfortable waiting area. Access to the internet is available and snacks provided.
"RECENT SERVICE" I always ask if Chris Capps is working. I trust him completely. Have been in the area since Dec 1987, Love my Toyotas. This dealership has their act together and is working to keep my business. I have had a Toyota since forever. "They always look out for the customer. " Since I got my 2007 Toyota Prius a few years ago I've been taking my car here. They've always been upfront and honest with me. I had a list of things that needed fixed and they broke it down from what was the most important to what could wait. They never try to scare me into getting things done. They give me a price before any repairs to make sure it's okay. They're always patient and answer my questions.
