I researched a handful of vehicles and Alyx at Pearson was the very first one to contact me from any dealership. "Great service" Not only was it easy to schedule an appointment. My car was ready earlier than predicted. Also, I receive cards throughout the year from Lamar, the sales man who sold me my Rav4. The birthday , anniversary (when I purchased the vehicle) and Christmas cards make me feel like a valued customer.
"Recall for Corrosion on my 2008 Toyota Sequoia" It was very quick and simple to call for an appointment to drop off my vehicle for the recall work. They had my vehicle for 2 days and called me at least twice to inform me of the progress of my inspection. I was very thankful for their great service. I highly recommend Pearson Toyota Service.
"90,000 mile service" went in because a "maintenance required" light came on. that was for an oil change, but also needed a big service. Jeremy explained what needed doing and how long my wait time would be. service completed in less time than expected and done right. very happy with my service advisor - hones, polite and goes out of his way to provide the answers I need.
"CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND EXPECTATION" Outstanding customer service displayed by service adviser Jeremy. This is a skill not commonly seen at dealerships today. Jeremy took the time to thoroughly explain all services to be performed on my vehicle and ensured it was ready earlier than anticipated.
"Another excellent service experience" The battery in my wife’s 2011 Camry died after the car door was left ajar overnight. I jump started her car with my 2014 Camry, and she drove it to Pearson Toyota. Pearson checked it and replaced her battery within an hour. No drama, just excellent and quick service. THANK YOU!
"Efficient Service Work" The Pearson Service Department has once again taken care of my vehicles service needs, this time without having made an appointment. They were able to get the service work done in a timely manner and have been a pleasure to work with.
