"Awesome customer service" Jeremy and the silver team are awesome! I’m always greeted by Jeremy by name and a welcoming smile, more like friends than a business transaction. He’s always great with letting me know exactly what’s going on with my truck no matter how small. He’s very knowledgeable of Tacoma’s and I genuinely trust his recommendations on maintenance. "New Frame!" Josh ( Service Writer ) kept me updated throughout my frame recall process. I have a 2005 Tacoma X-runner with lots of modifications and he, along with a Master Technician, explained to me what parts I should remove to expedite the frame replacement once it arrived at the dealer. The communication was exceptional and the all around experience was great! I WILL be visiting Pearson Toyota with any future service needs, parts, or vehicle purchase!
"Painless car buying" My wife and I were greeted as soon as we got out of our car. Ron quickly learned that we were interested in the Corolla LE, brought one up and went over all its features. After a test drive we negotiated what I thought was a very good price and we drove the car home. We never felt pressured. In fact, I felt like Ron was looking out for our interests as much as those of the dealership.
"Awesome experience " Had an amazing experience with them. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the vehicle and friendly treated you like family. The vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. Signing the paperwork was very quick and painless. This was by far the best experience I had when buying a vehicle. We got a 2019 Highlander and we love it. Highly recommend them to everyone wanting to buy a vehicle.
