"Great experience!" I worked with Lamar and Greg on my visit to Pearson and they were fantastic. They were able to have fun while helping me along the way. They worked with me in an effort to get me the car I wanted at an affordable price and even after when I had questions and needed information from them. Overall, they are easily accessible, helpful, fun, and just a pleasure to do business with. 10/10 would recommend!
"Outstanding." Stephanie did an outstanding job resolving my concerns with an inoperable rear window shade. She and the service manager contacted the Toyota regional rep, and Toyota agreed to repair out of warranty with no cost to me. Now that's service after the sale!!! "Installation of a repair part" Arrived approximately 15 minutes early for the scheduled service. Checked the vehicle in went to the lounge area and approximately 25 minutes later I was notified the car was ready. Checked the car, verified the replacement part had been installed. Entire process from check - in to verification was approximately 40 minurtes.
"Excellent" I saw what I wanted and they helped me get it. Great service all around! I would definitely recommend them to others. I'll probably go back to see them for future needs!
"Scheduled Service" The service was completed without issue - in and out within about 1 1/2 hours. Scheduled a follow-on repair service to address an issue with a parking light.
"Purchase of a certified used 2015 RAV4" I like to support local business and I find Pearson Toyota a fair and reasonable business, especially returning customers. A pretty smooth transaction leaving both customer and seller satisfied at the outcome.
"New Car Check up" We had our first check-up with our new Prius Prime on Friday. The service was prompt, friendly and quick. We were there for a short time and thought that it would be longer. Our other car was in for service at another dealership in Hampton and wish they were as prompt as Pearson.
"Great service" For me, location is key. not far from my home. Courteous staff and workers is also important. Product quality and reputation will keep me coming back.
"Bought it! 2018 HL Limited" The new car sells manager Gregory was a gem! Ron was superb also. What a team and the gentleman handling the financing and other related paperwork, was so smooth and professional also. really a pleasure doing business.
