"Great car, great deal" John was great, just the kind of salesman I prefer and almost a polar opposite of what I am used to finding on other dealer lots.
"Best dealership I have had pleasure of dealing with so far." There was no pressure from the sales man. Overall Helpfull from all the people I dealt with during the purchase process. Best dealer I have dealt with by far very professional in all aspects.

"Alignment without Spec Sheet" It was good that my car was ready when my wife went to pick it up. It was my first time taking my SUV there for an all wheel alignment. No explanation was given to her about the status of the service/alignment. I was expecting a before and after alignment spec sheet denoting how much correction was done and comments regarding tire wear relative to alignment seen/corrected. "Very good" Customer since 1997 and always experiencing good service, always getting a call if something additional needs to be done and having the vehicle ready when promised.
"broken sun visor" Pearson special ordered my sun visor without having to pay for it in advance if I scheduled an appointment for the repair. Got the repair done the next week. arrived a little early and was actually paying the cashier 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.!
