"Excellent" Brought my 97 Corolla in for oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. Service Rep, Josh Ware, was very nice & helpful. No issues. Took less than an hour. Good experience.
"Jaymes Davidson " James Davidson wasn’t very efficient and helpful. Would not have purchased if not for him. Not a lot of haggle which was also appreciated.
"Positive Experience" This was my first service experience at Pearson Toyota. Have to say I was impressed with the pleasant lounge with drinks and snacks as well as the care and attention shown by the staff. You earned an A*.
"No complaints " Huge selection, friendly staff. Like any auto dealership, Pearson is in business to make money. All things considered, it was mostly a positive experience.. No complaints whatsoever.
"Maintenance Check Light" Representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. Did not try to push unnecessary service; but did a good job in reminding me of services I will need in the near future.
"Very professional." Very professional service department. Staff is highly trained and friendly. Only recommendation to make is more attention to detail such as going over the next service appoint. When is it due, and what will it include, including the price. Would be nice to hear back concerning my next appointment.
"Rav4 6,000 mile checkup" Matt's was very professional and helpful and his team did a great job. Thanks also for believing me on the alignment and realigning my wheels.
"Fix alarm going off" Marcus pursued this problem until resolved. He is awesome with which to work. Service is always speedy and the waiting area is easy to relax while you wait. Greeting when arrive is such a nice service. Explanation of what has been done is always thorough
"RAV4 Maintain in Top Condition" Service on my RAV 4 has been exceptional, this is due to the Silver Team and Jeremy Wolfe's dedication to detail and treat your vehicle as if it was theirs. Great job to all, my RAV 4 will continue to run as new. Thank you, Robert
