"Satisfied" I am skeptical of Dealers but I have to say that I am pleased with the service I received from Pearson Toyota. Jorge Oquendo, the General Manager who saw to the repair for my car was very informative and made me feel comfortable and I felt that my vehicle was in good hands. I am sure that I will return when my vehicle needs another repair.
"Went the extra mile" When the left side mirror on my 2015 Prius was crunched by a hit and run driver, I contacted Pearson Toyota for the repair. They advised me on how to proceed and special-ordered the part so it would arrive quickly. The service was scheduled for the next business day. The service rep also helped with the insurance paperwork!
"Hunted to find Lamar" I bought with Lamar at a previous delearship and was lucky to find him in my search for him again. I am always glad to deal with him because he is always pleasant, honest and upfront. He is a pleasure to do business with when buying my Priuses - my fifth one over the years and the fourth still in the family.
"25,000 mile checkup and inspection" Did not take too long. Friendly staff. Appreciate the snacks in the waiting area because I did not have time for lunch. Just wish I could have changed the channel in the quiet room with the TV from cartoons to news. Maybe a note on the wall directing someone to ask for the remote in a certain area would be nice and then telling them to return the remote after they change the channel so it is not forgotten in the TV room.
"15,000 Mile Complimentary Service" A typical visit to Pearson. My appointment time was honored and the service was expedient. I asked Stephanie a tire question pertaining to another vehicle of mine, and she pulled all the information I wanted and explained options thoroughly.
"Refreshing Customer Service Experience" I needed some work on my Tire Pressure Monitoring systems which had been incorrectly serviced by a well-known local tire and service establishment. They assured me that they had the tools and experience to make the repairs, but they failed to do so repeatedly. ""Such an easy experience and stress free"" My husband and I just went to see a Prius Prime last Friday. Nigel Birch knew everything about the car. He was very professional and spent a lot of time with us. In the end we bought the car that day and picked it up in 3 days. "Great Experience" My recent car buying experience with Pearson Toyota could not have been better. Rich and Marty were both extremely helpful and made sure that we got exactly the vehicle with all of the options that we wanted. At no time did I feel pressured or that I was inconveniencing them. We will definitely be back when it is time to purchase our next vehicle!!
