"Excellent Service" Extremely courteous, helpful and professional service. Larry took the time to thoroughly explain the issues needing to be serviced on the vehicle. Excellent customer service has always been provided whenever needed. Kindness as well as expertise is the key to great service.

"Service " Very helpful. Recommended the brakes be changed but explained it did not need to necessarily be done on this service. Appreciated this and had the rear brakes changed.
"As usual professional service." Service personnel were courteous and professional as always. Same for the Parts Department and Cashier personnel. Especially comfortable customer waiting lounge. Loved the beverages and snacks.
"Excellent experience" Pearson made my unique search for a new Tacoma with a manual transmission easy and a pleasure. Amir Wallace made sure I found what I was looking for and made every step of the process a pleasure. He was great with everything from discussing features of the vehicle to purchase options and vehicle pickup/delivery. He did an awesome job. I will look to him again the next time I'm interested in a Toyota.
