"10K Service" I came in yesterday for 10k service on my Tacoma and I gotta say the experience was pleasant. Jeremy was very friendly and welcoming throughout the appointment. I didnt pay attention to how long I was there but it must have been an hour so fairly quick for getting service maintenance. "Professional and helpful" The Pearson team wasn't in a hurry to make a sale. Instead they were concerned with me finding the right truck and took the time to explain features. Competitive pricing and a "can-do" attitude will bring me back and recommend them to my friends.
"Professional and nice " They explain what was going be done and where very professional and fast on getting the job done. The waiting area was very clean, and so was the child area.

"Very happy" Pearson Toyota has a great environment when you first walk in. I spoke with Alyx before coming in. Very nice and professional young lady. She took her time and was patient with me to make sure all of my questions were answered before coming in.
