"Service Department does not keep it's promise in allowing..." Service Department does not keep it's promise in allowing customer to pick service team. Instead tries to pass off to some express team where 3 people would have their hands involved w/ working with your car. Forget it...I would rather have one person & then if there's a problem, you know who created the problem. Not going back.
"I intended to buy a new Toyota Prius V with a Trade In,..." I intended to buy a new Toyota Prius V with a Trade In, from Pearson Toyota. When dealing over the Internet with Brenda I found her evasive and sneaky when trying to get a Price or deal over the internet. She kept insisting on inspecting my 2010 Honda Pilot Touring before she would provide other then the MSRP. I guess they have plenty of Fish out there to catch and dont need my business.

Pearson Toyota does not care about you or your vehicle, customer service was non-existent, service department took repeated tries to fix a simple problem all while the service writer and manager could care less! Dont bother going to this dealership unless you want to waste money and LOTS of your time...

I requested a quote on a Tundra Crew-cab and some of the dealers were trying to sell me the Tacoma or a used vehicle. It could not have been a better experience buying a new car.

When I picked up the Tacoma, the driver's door did not open or close properly. The service manager, Chris. alleges that the door is "normal" and would not repair the defect. We purchased it on a Friday and on Saturday I called our salesperson to tell him there was a hard pull in the steering wheel. HE advised me to bring it in on Monday, so I did. Asked for pricing on a 2011 Sequoia and when a price was agreed to, I was told they made a mistake and had given me a quote on a 2010 Sequoia. The new price for a 2011 was several thousand dollars more. Decided to overlook this possible "bait and switch" and agreed to a new price that included a trade-in of my current vehicle.
