"It was good and bad expriance" Because my credit was check over 4 place and I dnt authorize that and I was told they are doing it through my bank because that what I ask for but that was not the case that piss me off i have so much hit of my credit that's why u dnt get my 5 star because the first people lie to me I know there name but is all good

"Disappointing! Recommendation depends on what it is. " I would not recommend your dealership for any type of car wash. I have had 2 bad experiences. I came in for a super car wash. Under the driver's seat was untouched. The front was not vacuumed well at all. They did redo it.. The first time I came in for a complete detail, they never touched the trunk and it was half vacuumed. I said then I wasn't going to come there for another wash. "Initial issues resolved favorably " I would like to update the following review based on my bringing this concern directly to the attention of Pearson's Service Manager. I was very pleasantly surprised at the attention and focus the SM gave me when I called to discuss my concern. "squeaky brakes" I came to this dealership (as I always do) to fix squeaky brakes and get my 60,000 mile maintenance. Paid almost $700. Left with brakes still squeaking. Went back again. Was told that I needed another part that came with new brake pads, which I was told I did NOT need at the first visit (brake pads were ok). I don't understand why I had to go back again to be told I needed another visit (third one) and to pay another $120 to fix what I went in for the first time! "SERVICE on my 2008 Highlander" I brought my vehicle in on 21 Oct 2015 for a VA Safety inspection and also had a air filter replacement service. My mileage was 124,836. I notice that on the Multipoint Inspection sheet that my brake lining measurements on the front left and right wheels showed 3mm. "Horrible start to finish...and they still owe me money" Horrible experience start to finish. I don't recommend this place to anyone. We bought a new Scion Xb from them about 6 months ago. Immediately we had issues with the Bluetooth, gas mileage and lots of other stuff. We tried to call our salesman (Buzz) probably 7 times...and he never called us back. "CRC Recall Don't have it done at Pearson!" I took my Tacoma in for the rusted frame recall. The undercoating they sprayed on the frame was all over my muffler, gas tank, shocks, the body and under the hood. I took it back to be cleaned off. But when I picked it up it still had overspray all over the body, under the hood, and on the rocker panels. Somebody should have looked it over before I got my truck back. They did a piss poor job. "Stolen" Up until recently, I would have given the service here a 5 star review. But after my last appointment, I had something stolen from my car when it was dropped off for service. I didn't notice till I got home and upon calling them to inform of the theft, I was told that the security tapes would be reviewed. The first car dealer I've been to in my life that flat refused to allow us to look inside a new vehicle without first giving them my driver's license.
