"Oil Change " I waited for almost 2 hours for an oil change. Asked when will my vehicle will be ready. I continued to wait for checkout. Unhappy

"Never going back" They lost my business for sales awhile back but the service department was still doing a ok job till the other day. I had an appointment at 10 for a basic oil change and to check a tire. I arrived a couple minutes prior to appt time and like normal I went in to see the service person and was left standing there for almost 15 minutes before anyone came to help me. "heavily leaking oil pan" Dear Mr. Oquendo, This is in regards to the service I received on my 2003 Highlander on February 3, 2018. I originally scheduled an appointment for a standard oil change. On the 3rd, a service tech called me and stated they noticed a leak in my oil pan when they did the multi-point inspection . At that time, I gave them authorization to repair the leak. "Poor Service" I took my vehicle in for check engine light. they charged me $253.00 to replace a sensor.. A week later the check engine light is back on. Take my truck back in for service, they said it was the other sensor and it will be another $253.00. WHAT A RIP OFF

"Quality Service at Pearson Toyota" When I scheduled annual service on my 1996 Toyota truck I asked for most of the filters to be replaced. The service manager responded by suggesting that we wait until the results of their multi-point inspection and see which filters actually needed to be replaced. This turned out to be a great cost savings since most of the filters did not need to be replaced.

"One thing was missed in 60 K service" I asked the service writer to remove and save the driver's side windshield wiper insert that I had replaced two weeks before my visit to Pearson, but I could not find the insert in the car so must assume that my request was forgotten. Thanks for the personalized service.

"No trust in their service" How can they ever regain my trust? Some how transmission fluid appeared on my transmission pan whether it was left there as part of the transmission service I had or perhaps somehow got splashed up onto the pan when rolling thru a transmission fluid puddle. Just that after that transmission service every time I went for service they claimed my transmission had a leak and offered to upsell a transmission service on my Camry. "Do not trust them" In a nutshell, Craig lied to me and actually had my Rav listed as I voluntarily left it there after I purchased a new 4Runner...when i called Craig he llied and didnt want to talk with me. He's a snake in the grass. Find another dealer....

"Straight Forward and Honest" I chose to come to Pearson Toyota for service and repair of my Toyota Sequoia after becoming sorely disappointed with the dishonesty and attempts to price gouge me by the Toyota dealership in Williamsburg. Unlike that other dealership, Pearson Toyota has been honest and straight forward in dealing with me, and I have nothing but good to say about them.
