I have used this dealership twice and have not been thrilled by their service. After reviewing the completed work order I was stunned with work performed that I was unaware of. According to the w/o major engine work was performed that I new nothing about. The work I was told about was needed was not even noted. I truely have no idea what was done.

Under staffed and poor customer service. Waited almost 1 month for service to be completed and if I wouldn't have shown up to the dealership it would have been a longer wait. Not satisfied

Horrible service! The waiting time of 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. All people at Puente Hills Chrysler Dodge are rude and have an attitude.
