They were short staffed, unfriendly, no service rep seemed enthusiastic to be there on a Saturday, and over charging me 35 dollars to patch a flat tire should have been a courtesy fix. Then the cashier made me walk over to the service dept. To get the paperwork which no one was around, and kept me waiting.

They weren't great at communicating or setting expectations. They also didn't put back a panel that they removed.

The guy that help me out said he was going to contact me to fix my car 2 things that under warranty my car is leaking oil and water and it’s been 3 weeks and he never called me for that reason I’m not happy my drive way keeps getting oil stains and that’s not cool I always take my car to your dealership to get service not sure why I’m not being taken care of … also when I went to do my oil change I was there for about 6 hours I checked in at 8am and didn’t leave until like 3 pm I wasted my whole Saturday just fir an oil chan... read more

Took my car for service on 5/15. Didn’t get it back a week later. They said they didn’t have workers. It was an expensive fix for keeping my car for a whole week

Worse dealership around. The staff know nothing. This dealership is only trying to rob you. They treats the customers with the most disrespect and think it’s a joke. I hope these service writers have car trouble and get treated the same way.

Trying to move forward from a really bad experience and small things that mean a lot still linger through.
