I made an appointment online and received an email conformation- when I visited the dealership at the appointment time I was told everyone was gone for the day - what's the point of making an appointment if it's not honored

Price on the phone was very different from price given in person. 30 min wait to even be spoken too.

Poor commutation does not answer calls or get back with customer. Truck spent three weeks waiting on parts. Didn't inform me that all recalls weren't finished. Worst experience.

If I can give it a 0 star I would… it took 4 months to get my engine replaced. There were no updates for my car unless i called. Every time I called no one would answer. They did not refund my money after i got a rental. Once they gave me back my car with a new engine it had a light on and i took it back. They said I would have to leave my car there for 3 more days just so they can diagnose it. So don’t recommend
