Our Fleet Account there is a disaster with the average time time it takes to fix basic needs to be over 1-2 weeks which is totally unacceptible.

They had my car for nine days at all it was was a sensor. Don’t believe they’ve had it for that long and my car runs very rough. Don’t know what they did but I will not take it to that dealer anymore. Going to a different Dealer very unsatisfied with this dealer the mechanic wasn’t very good or my sales service girl didn’t know what she was doing

I made a service appointment in person because I wanted to ask how the long service would take so I can plan accordingly. The car needed recalls, oil change, tire rotation and cracked windshield. The service advisor wrote up the service and told me it should take one day, so he scheduled the appointment a week in advance for me to drop it off Monday morning. problem not solved after a new engine was put in, after pick up engine began to smoke, someone forgot to tighten a clamp on a antifreeze.

Horrible! Truck was in for two weeks and never touched it and never was able to get ahold of my service rep. Finally had to pick it up and go to another dealer. Very poor customer service

The Service Advisor was very incompetent. He did not fully understand what the problem was. this gave the machinic looking for the wrong problem, it took 4 days to come up with a solution.

the service depart had my van for a week and could get parts.. this should have relayed to me at the time of delivery or at least the next day. paying for a rental for nothing is not good service

Went for a mechanical problem , first of all somebody approach me ask me questions about the car, and he wasn’t the person that was supposed to ask me a question and then the lady approached me and asked me a few questions and he don’t. She didn’t know what she was doing. I guess she was new, but she didn’t know what she was doing at all., at the end of the day they say that my insurance expire and whatever and what’s wrong with the car he wasn’t covered by it but they didn’t even check it.
