1/21/23 Parts were ordered for my repairs. No one called to tell me they were in. Contacted service and yes they were in. Should I make an appointment for the repair - indication it wasn't necessary. On 1/9 brought in vehicle and was told appointment was necessary. Two weeks later on 1/23 brought in vehicle at 9:30am and they said it was a two day job. No call - called them on 1/25 for progress. Left my keep for service and after 2 weeks never received updates. Began calling for updates and after 5th call with no answer or call backs when leaving messages I had someone go to the dealership in person for get update.

First repair quote was over $4,000 for my jeep repair. I said no because of the high price then the repair dropped to $2,000. That already did not make much sense but i decided to get the work done due to it will be under warranty if the problem came back. After work was done i brought the jeep back home and after driving the vehicle in the city it overheated. I noticed that the radiator was dry with no coolant and the radiator cap was left loose. The service was pretty fast, my Grand Cherokee was in and out in around 45 minutes. But unfortunatley I had to wait over an hour to pay and get my keys. This is unacceptable expecialy when there was a very low volume of customers. The exact same thing happened when I brought my Gladiator for service two months ago. I'm sad to say, I will no longer be bringing my Jeeps here. Also, the waiting area needs cleaning, walls need painting, etc... The parts area has very little accessories, many empty shelves, etc.... I have to say that my recent experience with Puente Hills Chrysler Jeep has to be the worst in my over 45 years driving. It was so bad that I used it as an example of how NOT to do business at my company meeting this week. Our motto is “Service with Integrity.” My experience at your dealership was horrible service with no integrity. I don't understand why you require an appointment for service. I easliy made my appointment through your website and getting the required parts ordered for my service was easy. I arrived on time for my 9:00am appointment but no service attendants were around from 9:00am to 9:15am. If your employees take a break between 9 and 9:15, please block out this time so customers cannot book appointments during this time.
