Poor service , none of the service representatives looked like they wanted to be there . I called 4 times to get an update on my car and they said they could not give me answers , they had my jeep for a week already. Not to mention that they over book people for service, they should be honest if they cannot see that many people in one day. I loved coming here because it is so close to home but such a shame that they lack professionalism.

Horrible communication and bad service lied about doing a service and was hard to get ahold of them.

Waste of time, literally. Why make appointments if I’ll take almost 4 hours for technicians to diagnose a persons vehicles?

The service was completed in the most INEFFICIENT way possible. They were short-handed so they didn't meet their deadlines. POOR communication, poor customer service. I will NEVER go back to this dealer again!

Very poor communication skills. They make promises they can’t keep. They don’t answer their phones and when they finally get back to you they give you the run around or they say they’re gonna call you back with answers but they don’t. I’ve had these same problems every time I’m come to this dealer. It’s one of the closest ones to me. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere for better customer service rather than the convenience of this dealer being closer to me. Will no longer do business with them.

I've been dealing with the same issue for over a year. I've gone through 3 service managers and service is still not completed. Every time I go there is like starting from scratch. Nobody knows. Car is under warranty yet I had to pay $2000+ with the last repair in rental fees since they took a month to do the repair. I love jeeps but because of this, this might be my last one.

Needed to have lane assist looked at and they wanted to keep the car for a day or 2 after i specifically told them I needed it back by end of day. Nothing was worked on. They didn’t replace the 3M guards like they had stated. No car wash. Had a better experience at another local dealership. Took only a day to update software and fix my issue . Car washed. Unfortunately the buying experience here was not a favorable one too.
