Horrible customer service. I took my Jeep in because it was leaking. I had explained I took it to the original dealership prior for the same issue & they held on to my car for over a week. The manager, Bustter put a note on my paperwork stating that I would like a call the following day to get an updated about my vehicle. 3 days went by & no one called me. I wish there was an option to choose zero stars. Service on my car took over two weeks for a service that I was told it was going to take three days at the max. I called, left voice messages, text messages and emails and no response from the dealer, finally I decided to drive there to check status and still my car was not ready. I wish I could say customer service is great but unfortunately that is not the case with this dealership.

Not as good as CDJR West Covina and Alhambra. I have been there for more than 10 times, but still not customer service oriented.

Unfortunately, my visits to the service department this time around were unpleasant. I was not greeted or acknowledged by my assigned service advisor on both visits. In addition, my warranty case manager attempted to contact the dealership and the service advisor multiple times, but was unsuccessful. Went in to a purchase a jeep wrangler. Salesman Eric and the sales manager were great.what made this a horrible experience was the finance manager he doesn't know what no means. Kept me there longer than I should.if it wasn't for him would of gave 5 stars.
